D'ARCY HEIGHTS

In this fast pace, bustling neighbourhood in the NE quadrant of Calgary, Savanna Square is an efficiently designed, contemporary retail commercial project.  With 2 buildings, 16 commercial retail units, and ample central parking this 22,000 SqFt project provides several complementing retail businesses and professional services. Its a one stop shop for your everyday needs.  Aspire Developments is very strict and diligent about the materials and footprint of our projects. IWASH CALGARY

This project started with land acquisition in the subdivision of Stone Gate, Calgary. iWash is a 13,000 SqFt precast concrete, car & truck wash facility. It boasts 2 roll-over automatic bays with soft-touch and touchless options, a 4-bay wand wash barn, and 2 huge, oversized truck wash bays, that can fit any road legal vehicle and trailer.
This project was completed from conception to occupancy on schedule and on budget, despite tough winter conditions and other complications. It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality projects and seeing it through from start to finish, in order to ensure full client satisfaction.
